Singapore 2017

Oh hello, forever late post.

February is a pretty busy month for the family - both immediate and extended. There are lots of birthdays and get-togethers so scoring a weekend for yourself is a big feat. There was a seat sale last year for Singapore and so I decided to just book some tickets and fly out for my birthday. This would be the first time I'll be doing it because as I said, it's like a mortal sin not attending a relative's party. The most difficult part here is that my mom and I celebrate our birthdays just one day apart and I booked my departure flight on her birthday. This meant that after her birthday salubong, I have to go the airport already for my early morning flight.

It was 3AM. There was no traffic and we got there early. I was with my friend and we were thinking how we're going to spend 2 hours waiting for our boarding time. We walked and walked and rode the lift and saw the lounges. I remembered I have Citibank Premiere Miles as my credit card so I checked with the receptionist if they accept it and lo and behold, "Do you have a companion, ma'am? Just please present your boarding pass, sign here, and we're good."

Free food! Free access to a little more comfy chairs! Free coffee! Free alcohol! Free food! And they have cookies! It's my first time to get into the lounge probably because I'm also usually just about in time for boarding. Haha.

(Citibank's memo online says that their contract with the Mabuhay Lounge is only until Jan 2017, that's why I checked with the receptionist first who accepted my card anyway.)

I love you, Mabuhay Lounge.
I waited for take-off and then I was off to La La Land. I don't usually sleep on travel - land and sea - but for some reason, I always now fall asleep on plane rides. There was even a time I didn't even get to see the plane take-off. Once I am at peace in my seat, I buckle my seatbelt, and my mind flies away faster than a SpaceX rocket. In case you missed it, I went to Singapore.

How to get away from Changi Airport
If you have a lot of things with you, best bet is to hail a cab or Uber/Grab your way to your place. If not, you can still ride Bus 36 into the city. Take the lift or escalator down 1 floor and you can find the bus stops there. Look for the number and check your stop. Note that you have to stand at the open area if you have a luggage with you. Please be considerate and don't sit at the prioritized seating.

Kopi Teh? Teh Tarik? <3

We stayed at Strand Hotel along Bencoolen Street. The place is nice and convenient. They are currently building an underground station for downtown spots and there is a station smack in front of our hotel. This will probably bring up the accommodation price soon but for now, we're good with this. It's around ~ PHP 3,000 a night for 2 people and the room is huge. There's a lot of space for your guests and a lot of unofficial chairs to sit upon. You can have a party and you won't elbow each other's faces off. There is a 7-11 and a Food Republic (like a fancy foodcourt which houses a variety of food) just across the hotel. The only downside is that it has probably seen better days. The bath tub and the furniture are not new and there are lots of scratches on the television. Not the best but I won't trade it for bunk beds.

Say hello to the trees.
Met with my cousin and another friend who live in Singapore and by default, they felt like they needed to help us go around the place. Well, I showed them my itinerary and they said it was too detailed. I'm risk-averse and I hate wasting time getting lost (or confused). I might still work on how I can wing things, but definitely not on a foreign land with borrowed time. So we went to the usual touristy spots because why not? Gardens by the Bay, Merlion, MBS, Singapore Flyer, Esplanade, and dinner at Makansutra. That was a wonderful day.

Holy shimutznaosfeasf! Always go crazy with chili crab!

Aforementioned sights can be found in one area - so you can take the very efficient metro and you'll also notice that their escalators are also on the rush compared to laid-back Manila.
It also gets better at night.

Hello, birthday! It was a Monday and Chinese New Year just concluded so we were not expecting lots of people who will squeeze with us. We were able to ride all the attractions we wanted, even those we didn't want to ride just because we have the place to ourselves. No long lines, no long lines, and there were no long lines! <3 I also bought our tickets online from the USS site and there was a promo then aside from our discount, we also have free photos as souvenirs. Haha. Ready for a family photo?? Since we were notorious in clocking extra steps in our Fitbit, we also went around Sentosa Island. Needless to say, that place is very interesting!
Who's your Mummy???
Thanks. I knew celebrating my birthday at Universal Studios was not a mistake.

Food in Singapore is one thing they're really proud of. You can grab snacks left and right and you'll only go hungry if you don't have money.
Food is life in SG.
Definitely one for my birthday book. :)
I'm still hungry and foolish.

Post-Birthday

I can't believe I just had this post rotting here for February 2016. Seeing this, I finally had my grand reunion with this baby. The cap of my Nalgene was sliced through by an unknown force, rendering it sort of useless since it spills at the top. I can't find any other replacement here in Manila so my gracious friend gave me a replacement instead.

You can sip using the straw or you can twist the cap open and drink like a thirsty person.
But this is the surprise of the year. The Alunsina Handbound notebooks are the prettiest notebooks you can see in Manila. The paper might not be top-notch and you can score better notebook refills elsewhere, but they provide the best covers. Mine is a small soft leather Kislap with a Palamuti of a tree design. It has a pen holder which makes it the best notebook to bring on your trips or wherever you want. Need a notebook for your life goals? Check. As a bullet journal perhaps? Here it is. How about grocery shopping? This baby is a marvel. So how am I using mine? Well. I have a thing for notebooks and this is just sitting there bringing a smile on my face whenever I see it. In summary: I'm not using it. Shame. :|

<3
These 2 items are the only ones I uploaded last year. I must have something more but oh well. This can do for reminiscing my birthday last year. :)

Happy Birthday, Yo!

Hallo, February!!!

UP Fair. To celebrate the end of the 12th and of welcoming the 13th.

This is the part where we say, "Oh, please! I don't want to get older! Wiser, yes, older, awww hell no!"

You Know, February Happened!

What?! My photo last February was not posted!

Happy birthday to myself! There's wine, cakes, and a cd to boot. That's a pink moscato on top, a Kindle Paperwhite I ordered while it was on sale, and Echosmith before they got big. <3

Before February Ends...

Birthday thingies. Oh I remember them.

Last 2011, we went down up to Tagaytay for the salubong and on my way home, met my family at Resorts World and they let me do some casino. Since I was just wearing shorts, my sister volunteered to bring me clothes and I changed in the car. Trying to make me look more presentable for my birthday but actually just so the guards would let me in. Resorts World was still kind of spanking that year, so they can probably deny me access if they're in a bad mood.

So 2012, went up to Tides Tagaytay for the visit. Who drinks a lot in Tagaytay?? People just go up there to eat and be gluttons for a day. But not us, not on my birthday. We drank a lot except for the designated driver. Oh I miss those times, since I don't drink other kinds of spirits anymore. (I love you, wine.)

And then things got mellow for 2013, I actually had my birthday salubong at someone else's house. Brought over drinks and food and spent the night just right, aside from Channing Tatum's ass on the tv screen. As for the actual day, I just stayed home, ordered some pizza because who doesn't want pizza on their birthdays? Then a couple of friends surprised me while I was drinking a bottle of wine, and then I didn't think twice of sharing my booze with them. (Please note that I'm not an alcoholic. Typing in "booze" just seems so nice to hear/read.)

For 2014, jeez I'm getting older and older! I went to LTO to have my license renewed and then went shopping - I said it's for my dad but I also got a few things for myself. Ha! And yeah, there's a surprise visit at home again, with the wine and diabetes-hating cakes. How about Tagaytay, you ask? Well, I got to spend it with my family over the weekend anyway, so clearly, Tagaytay was not forgotten. Except that Tides has been shut down. Booooo.

Then there's the winning cake from my friends in the office.
Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake from Conti's is the sure hit.
More people were happy from the cake than from the relief
that Valentine's Day traffic is over.
Birthdays? They are fun, you know. You just stop counting the numbers, and start appreciating the memories, the good times, and the company you're in. Keep those happy moments with you because at times you're down, you can say that there were more times that you were laughing your lungs out than you were crying buckets over things, over people you once knew. And sometimes, that's enough for me.

Extending the 13th

This is probably one of the most poorly constructed blog entries ever. Like. Ever.

It's a mighty fine day for a roller-coaster ride. Or maybe I was just moody and disappointed for the wrong reasons. Guess Neanderthals really did have feelings. Fire. Burn. Fingers. Ngaaarr.

The 13th can be summed up in one word: Serfries!!

What's better than TWG macarons?
A whole box of TWG macarons!!!!!
How about the 14th? I basically watched Barbie's Cradle (I'll never get tired of Barbie) at Piazza which is smack across our office. Finally!!! McKinley had some use in my life! Afterwards, I got pissed off became moody for some reason but at the end of the night, I still managed to drag myself and eat out even though I was in no mood at all. I have nothing to apologize for even if I barely talked to some folks. HAHA. Jupiter Street is pretty easy to go to. I guess I have a new place to trade my money on for more unnecessary calories.

Mitsuyado Sei-Men's Double Cheese Tsukemen

Despite the weird 14th I got, the 15th was epic! Paramore comes back to Manila for their 2nd concert! They rocked the MOA Concert Grounds before and now they have returned to try out the establishment built on those then-concert grounds, aka the MOA Arena.

Lowerbox ain't bad, it's great! Hayley looks a lot different now. Not so kyotepatote anymore, I guess. The acoustics of MOA Arena? Hamayzing! Perfect for concerts!

Thanks to my friends for making my 13-15 hardcore awesome, I'll forget the flaws and mishits - they're not worth it. :)

Oh, It's Pre-Valentine's

They say 3rd time's the charm. Well, I ditched the idea of going to Tagaytay for the birthday salubong. Instead, had it at a friend's house (my mother had guests until 1am haha) for some unknown reason. That would also be the last time I'll be doing that. And since I'm still on my no-hard-alcoholic-drinks, let's bring in the non-dangerous beverages (except for wine)!
Thanks, Neth, for the photo.
It was just a very simple (and sober) salubong - I am dead this year, anyway. Stay zombie-fied till I get to that moment? I need some ember or worst case, a flint.
With all the basuras in front. HAHA.
Empty boxes, dirty plates, empty bottles, and all.

More Than 12 Days Were Spent Last Month

I really believe my 12 freaking days were all spent last month. January made me a wallaby or a koala or a kangaroo or basically a toasted human.

So far, I've had calls (they're non-work, hallelujah!!) until 4 or 5am, and I got things from Baguio. Have you ever seen such a beautiful broom?!
I still don't know what to do with the strawberries.
They're too pretty to eat. Just like the broom - too pretty to use.
I don't ask for much now anyway! Weeeell, save for some x-mini speakers haha. I'll just save for it (because it's a want vs a need).

First Day of February

I've always wanted my 12 Days of February. Today's the 1st day, should I pass it off and consider that whatever I've done for January would count instead?

Everything Will Be Fine, February

Before my month-end tasks in work kill me, an almost-month-end post must be made.

This is how my February has been. The 26th, the last Sunday of the month, is when I have accomplished a lot such as the very important reformatting of my personal laptop which is still downloading drivers and installers at the moment, and finally sorted out clothes from my closet to be donated to charity which is just yaya's nephews and nieces in the province (my clothes are still in good condition and just shrunk for some reason; Don't you dare call me fat!). I have probably been on drone mode for a few weeks and missed out some materialistic things I received for birthday week.

4 awesome gifts!
Yes, those are the CDs I ordered from Amazon, then 2 malongs from Davao (thanks, DJ!!), a coffee press (thanks, Tara, for being supportive of my sleepless nights), and a..."slimity" roller (from Apple hahaha). I actually don't know the purpose of the last one but hey, it gives a good massage while waiting for the participants to join in a meeting!

Pizza Bomba @ Nomnomnom
Cousin treated me to Nomnomnom, a vegetarian friendly "healthy house" at E. Rodriguez corner Tomas Morato. First time I have probably spent a lot of time looking and pondering over the menu because I had never seen so much food that I can actually consume. She even mentioned they (bf and her) were surprised that the food actually tasted good! They loved the Tokwa't Tokwa (fried tofu and tofu skin) which was the closet to tokwa't baboy and they approved of it! Definitely going back there. :)

Tea for all...occasions. :|
Being the tea freak, I got tea leaves as gifts for my birthday, too. Seriously, they give me tea leaves now. Older and wiser! Thai tea leaves (plus a keychain from Thailand) from my brother's girlfriend (leftmost), then the Korean rice tea (upper one) as pasalubong from blockmates, and lastly, the Indian Red Label tea from my mom's friend.

One book left! Now a Jonathan Safran Foer fan. :)
Then most recent one is "Everything is Illuminated" by Jonathan Safran Foer, thanks to Troy! Not in photo is my sister's promised Swiss knife as a tool for my Asian adventure. Where is it?!

MORAL: For birthday presents, a cliche is a cliche for a reason. You can really say it's the thought that counts. If work has been really hard on you, use the weekend. We have to make time for everything. It's a good reminder of life. Sometimes sleeping in just can't do the trick. :)

13th on a Monday?

Continuing the birthday asalto/salubong on the road! Tagaytay is now becoming a tradition. I have welcomed my birthday on express ways (SLEX) and toll gates (Sta. Rosa Exit!). Through the fog and the alcohol! Good times chilling out like there's no work the next day. Harhar. I love work from home days and good friends. :)

Got back home with my wonderful family, probably the best Monday ever (yeah I'm biased like that) and yes we have a small party at home with my mom's friends. Her birthday was yesterday. I still believe that when she was pregnant with me, she ate too much in her party then the next day she's going to have a good time in the restroom but instead, "ZOMG BABY!" was her reaction. I asked her about this and if that was what happened. Mom just told me what I said is complete bull fiction and maybe I've been inhaling too much carbon monoxide lately. Okay, I was not thought of to be poop. Makes my day better. Whoopiedoo!

London (Vanesssa Carlton)

Waste away the days
Waiting on a new age
But time betrays me
And I get older one more year

Now I'm staring at the sun
As if there's a riddle I'm not in on
'Cause the wolves howl to the moon
And she never answers back
No, she never answers back

And I've never been so sure
That after all these years
I'll never learn
That heavenly creatures never come
They never come

Christmas is for everyone but this day, it's only yours. :)

The Magic of 9kph

I basically needed to go to the gym on a Saturday night because I haven't been inside one for a really long time. If you ask me when's the last time I did a legitimate run or exercise session, I can't remember. I'll just open my mouth and drool in front of you. If typing and clicking (the mouse) are acceptable as exercise, I am so fit I can carry a bull and run in circles for no reason. So for a change, I thought of challenging myself (because it's also February anyway, birthday month does't come too often). Why not run 5K instead of the usual 3K I do in the treadmill but for a slower pace? It worked! I was able to sweat out a 5K run without gasping for dear life and still have the energy to think of the real meaning of life. I think there's magic in 9kph. Hmmm. Finishing 5K in the treadmill without any training whatsoever is good, especially I'm thinking of joining a fun run some time soon. Oh, the next morning? My legs had a bad hangover. I felt like Stephen Hawking minus the computer voice! My legs still hurt and I really need to go back. 8 visits for February is an arduous task! Good luck for me.

MORAL: Get your feet wet first. If push comes to show, jump! (Even if it won't be good the next day or two.)

Buffet Like A Dad

Monday - February 6, 2012

So when my office mug was as good as dust (my teammate knocked it over and lo and behold, it separated itself into 200 unusable pieces worthy of a jigsaw puzzle knock-off), it was time to look for a replacement. The best candidate was: my Mickey Mouse mug from Disneyland. I voiced out the idea to my friend, the human-bone, but he was firm on his decision that donning a Mickey Mouse mug in the office will not help me garner respect, especially in my new role. So okaaaay, I thought it was ridiculous so I mentioned it to another friend and he just asked a simple question, "WHY?!" Seriously, what's wrong with a Mickey Mouse mug?! So when a teammate went to Boracay for a wedding, I asked her to buy a Starbucks tumbler (always out-of-stock whenever my brother or I go to Boracay because we're peak season kids) so I would finally have something to use in the office. Say hello to my new friend office buddy! Definitely better than a tabo.

Tuesday - February 7, 2012

I was shaken awake before my alarm set off. This usually means instant bad mood but NO, it's my dad's happy birthday today so for some reason, I was just calm and composed then remembered we were going to MOA (Mall of Asia) for Buffet101 (come on, you know I'm not fit for a food review so no details about the place will be divulged) for my dad's birthday lunch (me and my brother work at European shifts so it's the best time for everyone to be a family). The 3 spawns of my mother plus my innocent dad (always the recipient of our bullying :[ ) and mom all together is enough insurance for a riot. Someone went crazy at the Japanese and dessert areas, only a few more days before I swear off seafood (fish already sworn off a long time ago) but I know I ate too much tempura, oysters, and shrimps a while ago. Happy birthday, fatherrrr!

*Instagram is taking over Zumi's participation in this blog. Hmm. I need to reassess and prioritize but where's the fun in that?

Wednesday - February 8, 2012

I was pretty much down the whole day because of some stomach-intestinal turbulence (if you don't know what I mean, leave it as is), headache, and slight fever which I mistakenly took for as laziness because I didn't have the energy to work at all. I have begun to question myself, "Am I really a lazy person?" "What would now happen to my future?" because of this. WorkFromHomeWednesdays are supposed to be fun and free from the corporate schedule chain - I can go to the gym (no visits yet for February what the heck) or wherever once my shift is done, no need to wait for "traffic to pass through" or whatever. However, for this Wednesday, I was glued to the couch. Nap then check the computer because I don't want to file for sick leave. Can't take it anymore so I gulped medicines. Not my type.

Weekend Goodness

Last Saturday ( Feb. 4) we had a reunion in a long time. Yes, we have the immediate extended family reunion almost every month but this time, with my mom's cousins, aunts, and uncles involved, things are different. I didn't know it would be that grand and I wore my busabos look - shorts, shirt, and slippers. And from what's starting to be a trend, caught up with the latest episodes of the series I haven't watched for the week - Grey's Anatomy, Nikita, and The Vampire Diaries, while being consumed by the massage chair (tried almost all of the programs, yes, I'm that poor).
Tea party like a sir!
Sunday gave me Barney, mojos, onion rings, cheesecake, and the last full show of Chronicle. A very random question was asked to me. "What's your favorite dessert?" Cheesecake was the first thing that popped into my mind. So while waiting for our show schedule (last full show!), finally saw cheesecake! Ordered Oreo Cheesecake in  a heartbeat.

Don Henrico's Oreo Cheesecake is a disappointment.
I'm really behind my 12 Days of February. Maybe because I haven't thought much about it, I totally forgot about Thursday and Friday, unless you consider new role, new work tool (that gave up on me after 12am), and new projects as monumental moments. Well? The first surprise of my life came when all of a sudden my ActivKey (enables me to connect to the company intranet) that has been working like a keychain (totally useless) suddenly worked when I truly madly deeply needed it.

I think I'll just spread out my 12 Days of February across the month this time.

MORAL: If you failed to prepare, prepare to fail. Yuuuh.

February 1st

On the 1st day of February I have nothing special. Scumbag taxi drivers still drive like scumbag taxi drivers, there's still that pothole at the corner on your way to the office, or that you have to endure your cravings because you're saving money to last the week.

Or maybe it's just that we overlook the everyday things and think there's nothing new or different enough to notice. My February started without me doing the yawning-stretching-to-the-sunny-view thing, I welcomed it when I noticed it was already 3am because I was finishing some things for work.

Since I need to be in the office early, I woke up with news that my uncle already got my CDs from Amazon. YAY. He'll be in the country on the 12th so yes, there's something to look forward to in the coming days (aside from my parents' birthdays). Another thing: the parking fee in the office is already PHP 60 flatrate for 12hours. </3

Month For Rent

I was looking for that person, who would be peanut when I'm butter. The Meredith Grey to me being Cristina Yang. The yin to the yang. The left when I'm right. Just that person who would be awesome for you to sit next to. That might have sounded cheesy or real awful, but the casual search never stopped. I thought I found that person. Well yeah, I thought I found that person and stayed with that person for a couple of months. Yet after the lockdown period, it was time to wake-up and realize that I never really found my person.

February has been a roller coaster ride for me complete with the double cyclone loops and 360-degree turns with my gut spilling out. Spending my last birthday (because I will be forever 21) with some of the coolest people ever, going to an ER because of a teammate's gas problem (aka tummy ache), betting on the roulette and slot machines, being on a road trip (and being awake at the same time) for 2 days, driving in traffic and beating the red light, swimming till my lungs hurt, and relationships culminating to changes overnight.

Things would inevitably pass but for me memories would always linger. I may not know what lies ahead but I'm pretty sure I'll take it head-on with my adventurous heart in hand.

February, you are an eccentric SoaB, you might have been both good and bad, but I tell you this: You have been crazy bad-ass. Thanks, February 2011.

Last February

NEWSFLASH: I am still alive!!!!

Yep! I have been through a lot last month, well, February has been pretty much on hypermode for me. Project required my full-attention, some drama, imaginary issues, and new experience.

I got my first gift of the month which is free coffee. Okay. Next thing is the first audit of our project (yup I have to include this), actually it's my first audit ever. Then the fantastic ocular weekend. Officemates and friends went to Tagaytay and Laguna over the weekend to look for possible venues for our offsite-teambuilding event in the office. So I welcomed my birthday inside a van while we're cruising through South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Friends got me flowers (thanks to the seven people who were with me) and then dropped me to Resorts World for my first actual casino experience with my family. Good times! Got home, drank with my dad, and talked to my brother while we were watching Nikita and The Vampire Diaries. Forgot I still need to go to Laguna the next day. Sleep is for the weak as after searching for Neverland in Laguna, we went to Tagaytay for another round of birthday love. Got cake and flowers again. So much love. Haha. The weekday I got a song and an ice cream cake. Good times, yep. Good decision coming to the office and not spending it at home. You know how much I love Valentine's Day.

Bottomline: Welcomed and said goodbye to my birthday inside a van going to and from Tagaytay.

Happy damn 21st birthday to myself. It's going to be my last one.
Forever 21. :)

MORAL: Good times are not that difficult to come by. Look for the best things in life, well, you'll look for it sooner and later.

My Last Birthday

February. My birth month. Well, it's the birth month of a quarter of the population but that's not the issue here. Earlier in the year I was so excited and looking forward to my 12 Days of February series. It's just something that I thought of to make sure that there's always something to look forward to the days heading to my birthday. Selfish, much? Yeah.

On the last day of January, I knew the 12 Days of February is impossible and so we're ditching the whole idea of 12 Days of February because I'm going to be stuck in front of a rectangular device so instead, it's going to be spread out the entire month. We're dead, are we? But we believe we can pull this off.

Heaven, conspire with me!

MORAL: Well, I guess for me, absence makes the heart grow numb(er). Not fonder but at the end of the day, you get used to someone not being there.

On the 12th Day of February

It's my Mom's birthday. I think that alone could make my 12th day super duper extra special with cheese on top. :)

But no. This Friday is Freakin' Fracking Fried Day.

Fried because yes, I'm still a walking zombie being awake for 47 hours now, thanks to coffee, soda, Explode, and Sting energy drinks. Never a healthy thing to do. The real question is why did I do it? I didn't just keep myself from sleeping for nothing. I had to finish tasks for Project Management (there were a lot), prepare for the system training and actually conduct it, attend our PolSci meeting, and finish our History project. Oh, I have to attend the forum of the candidates for the presidency. Believe it or not, I didn't have the time to change my corporate attire. I was walking around school doing stuff the whole time.

That's enough drama for me.

Hello, 47 hours.

MORAL: Zombieeeeee mode sucks.

On the 11th Day of February

Title: Of Dusks and Dawns

On the 11th Day of February, some bad news came to us.

Last night, I was really feeling sleepy after the trip to the supermarket and I retreated to the comforts of mortals. I decided to sleep first then wake up after a few hours to pull not an all-nighter, but an...all-day-er? Bah.

We will never sleep, 'cause sleep is for the weak. And we will never rest, 'til we're all fucking dead.
- Bring Me the Horizon's "Diamonds are Forever"

So my mom woke me up and gave me coffee, biscuits, and the never-ending pesto cheese bread. Not bad. I met the dawn and all of the people starting to go online really early in the morning. People like Lau and DJ are diamonds for me. I can't wake-up in the morning (when the temperature is still conducive to drooling). At 6am, we got news that my uncle (my mom's cousin) died of asthma attack.

It's Theology131 or the Theology of Marriage, Family Life, and Human Sexuality in a Catholic Perspective season again. There are a lot of groups doing projects about homosexuality, masturbation, pornography, and the likes. I got the "I know the TRUTH about Homosexual Activity, DO YOU?" pin while Francine got a pamphlet and CD about masturbation (HAHAHAHA!!!). So of course, we were curious what's inside the CD. Guess what: a program that when installed, blocks certain sites like anti-pornographic sites. Suitable for parents who want to block the family computer from "adult sites" so that their children won't be buying Trojans and Trusts for some time.

The real mumbo jumbo? BELLY FOUND MY EARPHONES ALREADY!!! I miss you, blue Philips earphones! Where was it found? At the bar. -_- My earphones want to be drunk on a weekday.

MORAL: If it's really there, it's really there. Patience is a virtue. Life is too short to do the things you don't want to do.
